Herb’s Meats is the only locally-owned butcher shop in the Boulder area. Open since 1975, we specialize in high-quality meats that are all natural, antibiotic and hormone-free from the Rocky Mountain area. Herb’s also has a wide selection of prepared foods and ready-made meals, including frozen soups, homemade pot-pies, deli salads, homemade chicken enchiladas and our famous chicken salad and we recently expanded our specialty food offerings to include a selection of gluten-free products, locally made items such as Baked in Boulder pizzas, Southern Exposure Key Lime pies, and wild game meats such as elk, ostrich, and buffalo.
