What is an au pair?
Hand-selected,
responsible young adults (18 – 26 year old) of good character must pass
a thorough screening and personal interview process. More than a
childcare provider; au pairs may also assist with light housekeeping
and other duties associated with childcare such as: drive children to
school, sports practices and extracurricular activities; prepare
children’s meals; assist with children's laundry; watch over children
that are sleeping and supervise homework. All au pairs are proficient
in spoken English and have documented childcare experience.
