All natural- Charolais Beef. No feed antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids, and dry-aged 14-21 days. We have ¼’s and ½’s of beef custom cut into steaks, roasts, ground beef. We offer individual cuts of beef- specialty items made exclusively from our beef- 8 flavors of jerky, sausage- Italian, Polish, German, Chorizo, breakfast, summer, Brats, and beef bacon. We also have Pet Food-(liver/heart).

We are family owned, local beef operation. Our cattle are humanely treated and our program is sustainable and ecologically conscious. The cattle are pasture raised and corn finished to perfection. We also offer- on a limited basis- a 100% grass fed beef in the fall. Our corn finished beef is available year-round.
15% discount is available to Moxie-Moms for pre-orders on all products, as well as ¼’s and ½’s of beef. Discount cannot be honored without pre-ordering. Discount is only available on product direct from us. The grocers/ restaurants that carry our beef are not participating at this time.
If you would like to pick up your order at a farmer’s market- you MUST call to pre-order to receive your discount. Your order will be delivered to the market for you to pick up. Or you can make an appointment to pick up your order.
