Elizabeth specializes in Optimal Fetal Positioning (OFP) which teaches you techniques to help you better position your baby for birth. The use of a doula and the positions for OFP may help you to achieve a better birth experience. A professional labor doula provides physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their families during her pregnancy, childbirth, and early postpartum period. With a doulas help, you might experience a shorter labor, less need for pain medication, lower risk of having a c-section, a more satisfying birth experience, and less chance of developing post partum depression. A doula is there for you and only you. This is your body, your baby, your birth!
