Moms offers
group classes and personal training for expecting, new and experienced
moms.
You can start with personal training and then move into
group
classes or just jump into the group Stroller Fitness classes. In
any case, you can
bring your little one with you as you get back into or stay in
shape.
Outdoor (weather permitting), stroller-based exercises;
activities are focused on flexibility and strength improvement.
Classes are 50 minutes.
At gym or in home fitness instruction, using weights,
balance balls or other Trainer-provided equipment needed to accomplish
your training objectives. Sessions are for one hour.
