Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies.  We also welcome expectant moms.

Niwot Pilates is offering private and semi-private sessions and group classes catering to all levels of fitness - triathletes, runners, cyclists, golfers, pre/post natal, and rehabilitation. Our sessions include reformer, mat, tower, ball and many other props to make it an invigorating, fun and whole body experience!

 

Fit Chick Express is a 30 Minute Total Body Workout Program just for women! Each class is in circuit form using dumbbells, medicine balls, bands and much more! The classes are designed so that avid beginners up to advanced athletes are able to work out at their own fitness level and advance as they go along. Each workout focuses on strength training, cardiovascular training, core strengthening and flexibility.

 

Axis of Movement offers professional instruction in ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, children’s dance, ballroom, performance techniques, Pilates, Yoga, and much more for children through adults.

 

MOVE Pilates Move Pilates is a fun and inviting client focused studio specialized in teaching “Classical Pilates.” We offer both private lessons and group classes. Pilates combines core strengthening with balance, stretching, and control to build a strong and healthy body.
