
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. We also welcome expecting moms. Our class includes power walking, jogging or running and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. In addition to strength training, we focus on increasing core strength and flexibility, as well as cardiovascular conditioning. Taught by certified instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.
All you need to bring is yourself, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. We also suggest you bring WATER and a towel or mat for our floor exercises
