Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. We also welcome expectant moms. Our class includes Power Walking or running interspersed with intervals of body toning exercises using resistance tubing, the environment and the stroller. In addition to strength training, we focus on increasing core strength and flexibility, as well as cardiovascular conditioning. Taught by nationally certified instructors most of who are moms, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.
All you need to bring is yourself, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. We also suggest you bring WATER and a towel or mat for our floor exercises.

We are Moms and we have FUN getting in shape! Be sing songs and act silly to keep the kids happy! Best of all, everyone is supportive of each other. If your baby is fussy, we will show you exercises that you can do with your child. We have children ranging in age from 6 weeks to almost 5 years old.
