Abrakadoodle is devoted to inspiring children's imaginations. Our classes for children ages 20 months to 12 years old are offered as part of the curriculum during the school day, or as part of after school programs, as well as enrichment programs, vacation and summer camps and birthday parties that are available at participating schools, community centers and other sites. Abrakadoodle students discover that there is no right or wrong way to do art, which frees them to innovate. Abrakadoodle students learn how to draw, paint, sculpt, stamp, design mosaics, collage, create with paper and fabric art, as well as take digital photographs, produce anime and more. They discover the styles and techniques of Renoir, Laurel Burch, Ansel Adams, Picasso and a host of contemporary and classic artists. In Abrakadoodle classes, students plan each activity and infuse their own styles through the choices they make as they create. Students present their original art work to the class, a sharing that is always positive and encourages an appreciation for each person's perspective.
