StrollerFit is not just an exercise class, it’s an exercise experience.  This class is a combination of cardio, strength, core muscle and flexibility training.  Each class is conducted with your baby while you turn their stroller into an exercise machine.

 


American Kickboxing Academy offers traditional martial arts with a modern approach to self-defense, blending Eastern and Western styles. We offer both children’s and adult classes in: Self Defense, Kung Fu, Martial Arts Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Sparring, Weapons Training, Personal Training, Boxing

 

 

FitnessBootCamp4U program offers exercises such as: Cardio Vascular Exercise, Basic Training, Strength Training, Agility Drills, Plyometric Exercises, Flexibilty Training, Balance Training, Running, Jumping, Sit Ups, Pull Ups, Push Ups, And A Whole Lot Of Sweat!

 

 

Yoga is a non-competitive tool to learn about yourself, to stretch and grow, to reach beyond your expectations, and honor your limitations. Each student works at his or her own level. Yoga is a practice designed to unite the mind, body and spirit through: breathing techniques, movement and stretching, meditation. relaxation techniques

At Houston Boot Camp for Women you can expect to do exercises such as walking/running. Body weight exercises include push ups and lunges and strength training exercises are done with small hand weights. But don't worry; Houston Boot Camp is for ALL levels of fitness from the triathlete to those who have never worked out.

 

 

West Side Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness offers programs in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts and personal training. Our programs suit anyone from the novice to the professional, children to adults.

 

 

The Katy Blades Fencing Academy is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to bringing Olympic and National level fencing instruction to the Katy and surrounding area. Fencing is a disciplined, individualized sport and any person who is intelligent and will receive coaching can be successful as a fencer. Fencing is an excellent sport for the active young people who have not found their sports niche.
